It is essential that you include your reference and files names uploaded when you fill out the instruction box.
A photoshop template is available for each collection, and we advise that this is used to create a visual of your finished acrylic. This can then be sent along with files when ordering.
FTP upload works best in internet explorer.
Firefox, Chrome, and Safari do not support direct FTP connection.
We recommend Filezilla as a solution to non-Internet Explorer users.
